1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dun55 website, mobile App or any service provided under the dun55 brand, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dun55.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dun55 platform. Creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including any updated versions that are posted on the platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use dun55, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dun55 is strictly for adults. Registering as a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You may only hold one account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name or any other identity — is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and any balance held within them may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and contact details. dun55 may request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide them, or providing false information, may result in account suspension or closure.
• You must not be subject to any restriction that would make it illegal or impermissible for you to use online gaming services. You are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable local regulations in your jurisdiction.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dun55 account credentials — your username, password and any security PIN or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members. If you allow someone else to use your account, you remain liable for all activity that takes place through it.
• dun55 will never contact you to ask for your password, full PIN or any mobile wallet credentials. Any communication claiming to be from dun55 asking for these details should be treated as fraudulent.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact dun55 support immediately. You should also change your password without delay.
• Bets placed through your account — regardless of who placed them — are considered valid and binding unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access that has been promptly reported to dun55.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on dun55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account.
• dun55 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or processing charges, which are outside dun55's control.
• Deposits are credited to your dun55 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically fast; bank transfer and card deposits follow standard processing windows.
• dun55 reserves the right to decline or return a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the transaction is linked to fraud, money laundering or a violation of these Terms.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your dun55 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, where technically possible. If that method is unavailable, dun55 may offer an alternative.
• dun55 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or if your account has not previously been verified. This is a standard security and fraud prevention measure.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. The time for funds to arrive in your payment account depends on the method used and any processing windows applicable to that method.
• Funds that were credited as part of a bonus or promotion may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for any bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• dun55 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, including suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on dun55 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules that apply to individual products within the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation, unless dun55 specifically provides a cash-out option for that market and the player elects to use it before the market closes.
• dun55 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical faults that materially affect the integrity of a market, match abandonment (where applicable rules require voiding), or clear evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. dun55 is not liable for any delay between live events and the updating of in-play odds, and bets placed on in-play markets may be voided if placed after the relevant event has concluded.
• All casino game results — including live dealer results and slot game outcomes — are determined by certified random processes and physical equipment (in the case of live dealer tables). dun55 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• dun55 may impose bet limits per market, per event or per account, at its discretion. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.

7Bonuses & Promotions

dun55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions or other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point the bonus is offered.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device or IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension.
• dun55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to cancel bonus funds from an account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or exploitation of the promotion.
• Bonus funds and funds accrued from bonus wagering are tracked separately from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are always used first unless otherwise specified.

8Responsible Gaming

dun55 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended to provide entertainment for adult players who choose to participate. We provide a set of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from within your account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Optional reminders that alert you to how long you have been active in a session.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dun55. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and further action where warranted:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to place bets, access accounts or exploit any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, technical faults or system vulnerabilities in any game or market.
• Money laundering or using dun55 to process funds connected to any illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information, opening duplicate accounts or attempting to circumvent account closure.
• Accessing dun55 on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to access your account and use it for betting or gaming purposes.
• Any conduct that dun55 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive or harmful to the platform or other users.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the dun55 platform — including the dun55 name and logo, website design, App interface, graphics, text, game content, odds data and any other materials — is the property of dun55 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit any content from the dun55 platform without prior written permission.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dun55 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
• Any use of the dun55 brand, name or logo that is not explicitly authorised is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

dun55 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• dun55 is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform, technical issues, internet connectivity problems or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• dun55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you have deposited in the relevant transaction period.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

12Account Closure

You may close your dun55 account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of closure that is not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

dun55 may suspend or permanently close an account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity connected to the account.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (a notification will generally be sent before any action is taken).

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, dun55 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account and to retain records of the account for legal and compliance purposes.

13Changes to Terms

dun55 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, dun55 will make reasonable efforts to notify active users — for example, via an in-App notification or email to the address on your account.

Your continued use of the dun55 platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
